You can return your order within 30 days after delivery. The product needs to be unused and in its original condition.
Request Return:
- Go to your account page
- Click the order that you want to submit the return for. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
- Select a return reason and add an optional note for us. Click "Request return".
- Once approved, you'll receive an email with the return shipping label. Then just ship the order back to us with the pre-paid shipping label.
Refund:
- If your order is returned unused and in its original condition with its original package, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Exchange:
- For exchanges, just request return on the original order and then place a new order.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@motatashop.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
