Suzuki is a product designer and creative director. Influenced by his grandfather, who’s an antique collector, he’s been interested in culture and history woven by people’s hand since childhood.

Combining aesthetics and functionality, he aims to create designs with meaning that will last for 100 years or more. He’s designed a wide range of products, from everyday items such as glass cups and wind chimes to public projects such as railway vehicles.

The scenery of the sea of clouds surrounding the high peaks of Mount Fuji inspired Suzuki to re-create the beauty and calmness with everyday glass.

Handblown by Japanese artisans

The Fujiyama Glass are handblown by artisans from a Japanese company called Sugahara, which is founded in 1932 and specialized in handcrafted glass.
